To the owner wow what an amazing dealership. I called your dealership yesterday and talked to Dan from your service department I explained I had done some adjustments on my pick up truck and needed my hitch readjusted we are leaving on a two-week trip starting tomorrow and thought there was no way that you could squeeze me in to have it adjusted but I figured I would ask. Dan got me in the very next day. when I pulled into the dealership Dan was already walking towards the truck and introduced himself. he had me drop the trailer right there and back the pick up into the bay where he and Scott did the adjustments. after It was done Scott came out again to check that everything was properly done. I was on my way with in a half an hour. it was extremely refreshing to have such Great service!!! both Dan and Scott deserve huge praise patty at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful I also have to say that Dan knew ahead of time that we had bought our trailer somewhere else before we move to the Durham area. I had such a great service experience that my wife and I both agree that camping in style will be getting all of our future Business for whatever our camping needs are and I will let our friends know as well thank you Peter and Lisa giantsopoulos

Coming from Europe this was all quite overwhelming, but the Salesman took us by the hand. Before deciding we visited Camping in Style maybe 5 - 8 times and every time he took all the time for us for all our questions as well as for just chatting. We bought the Cougar XLite 25BHS and now 6 months on the road we still feel we made 1 of the best decisions in our life. When after 1 month we had the leave Canada for some family issues, Camping in Style used that time for some maintenance and took care of storing it for the remaining weeks. Through e-mail we stay in contact with our Salesman and if needed with the person responsible for the service. All very personal and so extremely pleasant! We would always come back, what a great experience!

Thank you camping in style, you are all very professional and friendly from sales to parts to service, always willing to help and answer any questions we have. The delivery of our trailer went smoothly Dave said he would get the trailer close to the deck and he sure did, set up and walk through was great and thorough.

I just wanted to say what a pleasurable experience we had in purchasing our new travel trailer. Abe was very knowledgeable about the product and took his time to show us other units as a comparison. Heather did a great job in arranging the financing and putting together a payment we were comfortable with. The star of the show had to be Lee who did our pre-delivery walk around. Having owned a trailer in the past, I didn't really think there was much to learn but he took nothing for granted and showed us every aspect of the trailer that made such a difference on our first trip out with it. He was friendly, thorough, and you can tell genuinely enjoys what he does. I will not hesitate recommending Camping In Style to anyone.

My wife and I ended up on journey filled with highs and lows looking for a trailer, seemed as though every time we thought the search was over we would be hit with one of those lows, each dealer it seemed to be a different problem or event which gave us cold feet and made us walk away. I really wish we would of came here first, we left after our first visit with Ken having such a high level of comfort from the experience there. The toughest issue we had was narrowing the choice down to 1. We picked up our new trailer as promised, ready to go! Very thorough orientation as my wife and I are new to this and I have no worries that if I ever did have an issue that they wouldn't doing everything to get it taken care of. I highly recommend Camping in Style for everyone looking for that first or even replacement trailer.

Really had a great experience when buying my trailer. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to get me what I wanted in a trailer. I had a few condition for the park and they met all of them. They even made some changes inside for me. They offered a better deal on delivering my trailer and setting it up for me and insured it would be stable for years to come. Thanks Derek for being patient and getting me the trailer I could enjoy and spend lots of memories can be made. To the delivery guys who suffered though the black flies setting it up.

Happy we bought from Camping in Style! We bought an Outback 316RL in May 2014 and had a great delivery experience. There was a small leak under the bathroom sink and the owner himself came and replaced it before we left that evening . The RV is awesome.

June 2015 we had a problem with our water pump while camping up in Algonquin park. We had just set up and were there for 3 days. So crossed my fingers and called the dealership. Shawn in Marketing answered, within 3 hrs we had a tech at the campground who took apart and replaced the pump!!

We could not get over that Awesome customer service!! A special thanks to Helene as well as Shawn and Dan!!

As you are aware, we picked up our Ascend trailer today. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer issue that resulted in the Camping in Style team having to spend a couple of hours resolving it. Sheila and I were happy that it was found before we went on our first trip.

We cannot state how impressed we are as to how we were treated by everyone at Camping in Style. The whole team was just fabulous. From the gentleman who explained why the hitch needed to be adjusted, to the gentleman adjusting a few things my wife noticed, the fantastic walk through of the trailer, and the guys working on the electrical issue. We know we were not buying the biggest or most expensive trailer but Sheila summed it up by stating that to your team it did not matter, our satisfaction did!!From the first time we came into Camping in Style in January during the RV show and Mike was made the "salesman", the experience to date has been fantastic.We do not remember all the names of everyone that helped us today but we would appreciate it you and Mike could let them all know how appreciative we were of their dedication, professionalism and just how pleasant they all were. There was definitely at WOW factor today.

And thanks to Mike for making sure we were okay and for the nice gesture for our slight inconvenience due to the manufacturers issue.

Susan and I thought we should send you a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with our Keystone Alpine 3010RE and the overall purchase and delivery experience. Dave and his partner did an admirable job in getting the trailer into a very tight space. He assessed the site, said he would likely get the trailer to about "here" and then he put it right there - after a lot of hard work. Great job by those 2 guys. The trailer itself is wonderful. It is one of those odd times when everything is as good or better than what you saw and read in the brochure. Price/value equation is also great. All in all, we are very happy customers.
